The wine of the week

This is our very first selection, and I have chosen to put forward a magnificent wine made by the Domaine Vincent Girardin: Burgundy "Emotion de terroirs 2002".


This elegant red Burgundy, fragrant with aromas of morello cherry, burlat cherry and raspberry, enchants the palate. Its fruity expression, with outstanding freshness, reveals gorgeous finely spiced and peppery notes

To go with this wine, nothing could be better than duck with cherries !

Our recommendation: enjoy this wine now, served at a temperature of 16°.
