The Novotel restaurant table wine selection stand

This table stand operation began simultaneously with the set up of a new restaurant concept called “Côté Jardin”, in the NOVOTEL hotel restaurants. As of the present time, 26 hotels are equipped with the new concept, and with the wine stand created by Olivier. By late 2003, the entire network of NOVOTEL hotels in France will feature the new restaurant concept, and the Olivier Poussier wine table stand.
