Wines from the world over – unexpected savors

" We organized a major special event at the Pierre Cardin Creative Space, in St-Ouen, near Paris for the Innovation and Quality Management at the Peugeot-Citroën PSA Group. Our idea was to offer our guests the opportunity to discover and compare wine and food matches during the dinner. We asked Olivier Poussier to design and conduct this experience.

Olivier knows how to convey his passion and how to break all the rules, revealing and discussing the wines that he has selected. His sensitivity and his poetic expression take us on a very subtle journey through the entire world of wine, and bring unexpected tastes to light.

His very special expertise springs from his insatiable curiosity concerning wines, terroirs (specific soils), and cultures. Wine is life, and Olivier clearly loves life. His enthusiasm is a major asset in the success of such an event. He provided an excellent, very different kind of evening, full of emotions, great fun and fascinating learning.
